Many authors sell their books exclusively on Amazon’s Kindle platform and sign up for KDP Select to put their books in the Kindle Unlimited ebook subscription scheme.
Many others, however, prefer to ‘go wide’ and shun Kindle Unlimited by publishing on KDP plus Kobo, iBooks and Barnes & Noble, among many others.

It also features a detailed table of aggregators setting out the retailers they cover and the royalties on offer.
