The Kindle Unlimited KENP rate for July 2020 fell back to $0.0043 from $0.0045 in June 2020 as the KDP Select Global Fund for July 2020 rose by $100,000 to $32.4 million from $32.3 million in June 2020.
The trend of year-on-year big rises in the fund paid out is continuing as the July 2020 KDP fund total is an increase of 28% compared with July 2019 which saw a fund of $25.6 million.
The KENP rate for the UK in July 2020 edged down to £0.0030 from £0.0031 in June 2020.
The fund figures for April 2020, May 2020, June 2020, and July 2020 have now all topped the $1 million a day mark at $30.3 million, $32.2 million, $32.3 million, and £32.4 million respectively, while the results for each of the first three months came close to the $1 million a day mark.
It looks like there was a big rebound in KENPs read during July 2020 to around 7.53 billion from 7.11 billion in June 2020, returning to near the levels of the 7.66 billion KENPS estimated in May 2020.
The figures I use for total KENPs read are entirely unofficial and use a calculation of dividing the total KDP Select Global Fund ($32.4 million) by the US KENP rate ($0.0043). These estimates should not be regarded as being the overall total number of KENPs read during a month as they do not take into account any margin taken by Amazon. They are based entirely on the amount paid out under the KDP Select Global fund and are only an indication of possible trends.
